Lakshmi
Lakshmi is a gentle 5-year-old Gir cow with beautiful long ears and a calm temperament. She was rescued as a calf from a dairy that was shutting down. Now she is the star of the gaushala, often seen nuzzling visitors for treats. She gives 8 liters of rich A2 milk daily.
