No black spots inside (visible under loupe). Strong red fluorescence under UV. No air bubbles (sign of glass-filled fake). Heat treatment OK but disclosed.
Price range (approximate, 2025-26 India)
Real natural unheated Burmese: ₹50,000 – ₹5,00,000 per carat. Thai/African: ₹3,000 – ₹50,000 per carat. Synthetic/glass-filled: ₹500 – ₹5,000 (NOT to be used astrologically).
Red Garnet (Gomedhak), Red Spinel, Red Tourmaline (rubellite) — cheaper, less powerful effect
