Mahalakshmi Aarti (Kolhapur)
महालक्ष्मी आरती
Aarti of Mahalakshmi of Kolhapur (Ambabai) — one of the three-and-a-half Shakti Peethas of Maharashtra. Performed five times daily at the temple. Distinct from the household Lakshmi-aarti — addresses her as the primordial Adi Shakti unifying Lakshmi, Saraswati, and Mahakali.

Meaning
Victory, O Goddess, victory to Mahalakshmi. You pervade all the gross and subtle. Dweller of the city of Karaveer (Kolhapur), mother of the great gods and sages. Bestower of boons upon Shiva, beloved consort of Vishnu the slayer of Mura. From the lotus of your womb you gave birth even to Brahma the creator. You enjoy the sovereignty of the thousand-hooded Shesha. Eight-armed, bearing the citron-fruit, mace, shield, sun-rays, whisk, noose, and goad. Ambabai of Kolhapur, dweller of Karaveer, embodied in the three gunas — the primordial Adi Shakti manifested.
