ॐ जय आदि शक्ति, ब्रह्म-सनातनी।
सकल जगत के मूल, तुम ही जग-कारिणी॥
पूर्व सर्व देवों से, तुम स्वयं प्रकट हुई।
त्रिगुण रूप तुम धारी, संसार चलाई॥
सत्व-रज-तम तीनों, तुम ही अधिष्ठात्री।
सब विधि कल्याण हेतु, तुम ही सेव्या मात्री॥
English Transliteration
Om Jai Aadi Shakti, Brahma-Sanatani
Sakal jagat ke mool, tum hi jag-karini
Poorva sarva devon se, tum swayam prakat hui
Triguna roop tum dhari, sansaar chalai
Satva-Raja-Tama teenon, tum hi adhishthatri
Sab vidhi kalyaan hetu, tum hi sevya matri
Meaning
Hail to Aadi Shakti, eternal Brahman essence. Root of all creation, You are the cause of the universe. Before any of the gods, You manifested by Your own power. Bearing the three guna forms, You operate the cosmos. You are the presiding power of Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. For every form of well-being, You are the Mother served by all.
