सकल जगत के स्वामी, तुम हो दीनबंधु॥
सप्त अश्व रथ पर सोहे, आदित्य प्रकाशी।
सकल लोक उद्धारक, अरुणाधर वासी॥
अरुणोदय अरुणारुण, उगते जब भानु।
जन-जन सुख-शान्ति देते, सब विधि कल्याणु॥

Sakal jagat ke swami, tum ho deenbandhu
Sapta ashwa rath par sohe, Aditya prakashi
Sakal lok udhaarak, arunadhara vaasi
Arunoday arunaarun, ugate jab bhaanu
Jan-jan sukh-shanti dete, sab vidhi kalyaanu
Meaning
Hail to Lord Surya, master of all worlds, friend of the humble. You shine upon the chariot of seven horses, Aditya the radiant. Uplifter of all realms, dweller in the crimson dawn. As the saffron sun rises at daybreak, you grant peace and well-being to every soul, in every way blessing all.
