About this center

Tibetan Buddhist retreat centre in the hills above Dharamshala, near the residence of the Dalai Lama. Runs introductory Buddhism + insight meditation courses combining shamatha (calm abiding) and vipashyana (insight) in the Tibetan tradition. Different from Goenka style — uses analytical meditation alongside breath/body observation. Popular with international students before or after attending teachings at Tsuglagkhang Temple.
