माता जाकी पार्वती पिता महादेवा ॥ जय गणेश ॥
एक दंत दयावंत, चार भुजा धारी ।
माथे सिंदूर सोहे, मूसे की सवारी ॥ जय गणेश ॥
पान चढ़े फूल चढ़े, और चढ़े मेवा ।
लड्डुअन का भोग लगे, संत करें सेवा ॥ जय गणेश ॥
अंधन को आँख देत, कोढ़िन को काया ।
बांझन को पुत्र देत, निर्धन को माया ॥ जय गणेश ॥
'सूर' श्याम शरण आये, सफल कीजे सेवा ।
माता जाकी पार्वती, पिता महादेवा ॥ जय गणेश ॥
दीनन की लाज रखो, शम्भु सुतवारी ।
कामना को पूर्ण करो, जग बलिहारी ॥ जय गणेश ॥

Ek dant dayavant, char bhuja dhari,
Mathe sindoor sohe, moose ki sawari. Jai Ganesh.
Paan chadhe phool chadhe, aur chadhe mewa,
Ladduan ka bhog lage, sant kare seva. Jai Ganesh.
Andhan ko aankh det, kodhin ko kaya,
Baanjhan ko putra det, nirdhan ko maya. Jai Ganesh.
'Soor' Shyam sharan aaye, safal kije seva,
Mata Jaki Parvati, Pita Mahadeva. Jai Ganesh.
Deenan ki laaj rakho, Shambhu sutvari,
Kamna ko poorn karo, jag balihari. Jai Ganesh.
English Meaning
Verse 1 (Refrain): Victory to Lord Ganesha, victory to Lord Ganesha. Mother Parvati is Your mother, and Lord Shiva is Your father.
Verse 2: You have one tusk and four arms; the sacred tilak adorns Your forehead. Your gaze upon the devotee removes every obstacle and fear.
Verse 3: A garland of flowers hangs around Your neck; sandalwood paste shines upon Your body. Sweet modaks (laddus) are offered to You, the beloved son of Mahadeva.
Verse 4: The blind regain sight, the leper is healed, the barren receive children, and the poor receive wealth — such is Your boundless grace.
Verse 5: Suradas (and every devotee who sings Your praise) takes refuge at Your feet. Please bless us with the same compassion that You have shown the saints.
Verse 6: O remover of obstacles, lord of beginnings, You are worshipped first before every auspicious task. Grant us wisdom, success, and steady devotion.
Verse 7: Glory to Sri Ganesha, the elephant-faced Lord, son of Shiva and Parvati, the giver of intellect, prosperity, and liberation.
